The tapered hub provides smooth stress distribution and reduces turbulence at the joint, making them ideal for critical service. We supply ASME B16.5 and B16.47 weld neck flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel materials. Standard face types include RF and RTJ with multiple pressure classes for industrial and pipeline applications. All flanges are forged or plate cut per requirement, with strict dimensional inspection and surface finish control. MTC (EN10204 3.1), third-party inspection, and custom drilling patterns are available for qualified projects.
